n Return & Refund Policy

n We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we will make it right.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. We count from the day your
package is marked as delivered by the carrier. Requests made after 30 days will unfortunately not be
accepted.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return your item must meet all of the following:
•  Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
•  Original tags still attached
•  In its original packaging
•  Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup or stains
•  Return requested within 30 days of delivery
nn Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
•  Underwear, bodysuits and swimwear
•  Items marked as Final Sale or purchased with a discount code above 30% off
•  Gift cards
•  Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered
4. How to Start a Return
•  Step 1: Email us at aurve@aurve.ca with your order number and reason for return
•  Step 2: We reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and return address
•  Step 3: Pack your item securely and ship it back using a trackable method
•  Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item we process your refund within 3–5 business days
n Keep your tracking number — we are not responsible for packages lost in return transit.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent,
defective or damaged in transit). In those cases Aurve covers 100% of return shipping. Original shipping
fees are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund is processed to your original payment method
within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank it may take an additional 3–10 business days to
appear in your account.
n No restocking fees. No hidden charges. What you paid is what you get back.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a full refund and place a new order. This is
the fastest way to get the right item to you.
8. Defective or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will
send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
