accessing our site or making a purchase you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Aurve
Aurve is an online retail store selling women's clothing and accessories at aurve.ca, shipping to Canada
and the United States. We are a dropshipping business — products are shipped directly from our suppliers
to you.
2. Eligibility
To use our website and place orders you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or
legal guardian.
3. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to
change prices at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes — actual colours
may vary slightly due to screen settings. In the rare event that an item is out of stock after you order, we
will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative product.
4. Orders & Payment
Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We accept Visa,
Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through
Shopify Payments.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to Canada and the United States. Estimated delivery times:
•  United States: 2–7 business days (Trendsi) or 7–14 business days (CJDropshipping)
•  Canada: 5–14 business days depending on province and supplier
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs,
weather or carrier issues. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD. Threshold may change — check the website for current promotions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Aurve website — including the brand name, logo, product descriptions, photos and
graphics created by Aurve — is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our
content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Aurve is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website
or products. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in
question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of
our website will be resolved under Canadian federal law and applicable provincial law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
